Product Description
1. The E380 universal inverter is our newly launched multi-function product. Using the modular design and relevant program module, the universal inverter can automatically change operation mode, update running environment and realize some dedicated functions such as drawing machine controlling, etc.
2. With the independent air duct design, reasonable structure and overall improvement of electric performance, the universal inverter has the advantages of strong drive capacity and more reliable performance.
3. Based on the high cost-performance ratio and wide scope of application, the inverter is used in many industries such as the textile industry, papermaking industry, chemical industry, wire and cable manufacturing industry and so on.

Features
1. Its power ranges from 3.7W to 400 KW and its input voltage is 220V±20%, 380V±20% and 415V±15%.
2. With the compact and reasonable structure design, the universal inverter can reduce its dimension by 20% to 30% compared to the traditional inverter.
3. It has optimized cooling duct and closed-type main circuit design.

Independent Air Duct
The air duct is completely separated from the main part of the machine and is sealed. All the inhaled air by fans will be disposed by the radiator to ensure the sound cooling effect. Furthermore, the temperature of main components is furthest reduced. The universal inverter then has improved performance, reduced failure rate and increased service life.

Sealed Space
The main part of our product is sealed to avoid dust, particle and other suspended substance entering into the machine. The universal inverter can operate in a clean environment and minimize the damage from harmful substances. The sealed space can minimize the failure rate of the inverter.

1. There is a unique mid-installation mode for the machines with 11KW~75KW. Four mid-mounted holes are also available between the main machine body and the air duct. The mid-installation mode is helpful when the industrial cabinet operates under a bad working environment.
2. Using the radiator fan with independent power supply, the universal inverter with 37KW above can simultaneously drive six fans with 50W and 2.3A.
3. Its modular design integrates the dedicated functions of the drawing machine, textile machinery and water supply system.
4. The universal inverter also employs the DC fan that features large air flow and high air pressure, thus the inverter can achieve high heat dissipation effect and stable performance.
5. With the shortest drive circuit, the transmission signal has minimal interference, so the universal inverter will get the lowest damage.
6. Having the remote control keyboard with RS485 hardware interface underneath, the universal inverter will easily have remote control for industrial sites. The stable communication distance can reach 1,000 meters.
7. With the high-light two-line LED display, users can have convenient on-site commissioning. The universal inverter can monitor two groups of parameters (such as the PID setting and feedback can be displayed simultaneously) at the same time to achieve real-time information about the running state.
8. Through the operation panel, the universal inverter can copy and duplicate all parameters. With the mobile storage function, the operation panel is the best choice for users.

V/F curve (Voltage-frequency characteristics) Reference frequency can be randomly set between 5Hz to 400Hz and V/F curve with multiple joint can also be randomly set. There are three curves provided, including constant torque curve, Dec torque curve 1 and Dec torque curve 2.
Control characteristics Torque boost Manual set: 0.0~20.0% of rated output. Automatic torque boost can be set according to output current.
Auto current/voltage limit It will automatically check the current and voltage of motor stator during acc/dec or stable running. Based on special arithmetic, it can control the current and voltage within allowable range.
Under voltage inhibition in running It is especially suitable for the users with low network voltage and frequently fluctuated network voltage. Even the voltage is lower than permissible voltage and the system will maintain the longest possible running time according to the unique algorithm and residue energy allocation strategy.
Typical functions Multi-speed and wobble frequency running 8 programmable multi-speed control, 6 kinds of running mode and 15 multi-speed control of terminal. Wobble frequency operation is composed of preset frequency, central adjustable frequency and state memorization and recovery after machine halt or power failure.
Embedded PID controller The built-in PID controller with bipolar control is available. With accessories, the 5-pump constant-voltage regulation control system (supplying water and gas) is formed, and has various energy-saving functions such as sleeping mode, etc.
RS485 communication and synchronous control/ load Self-equalizing function With the standard RS485 communication interface, any master inverter can act as the synchronous controller, to internally command the linkage control proportion, superposition and fine adjustment of slave inverter and so on. With load self-equalizing function, the universal inverter can keep the strict conformance between the load proportion of all transmission devices and the pre-set proportion.
Dedicated function of drawing machine The universal inverter has various functions such as coil diameter calculation, rapid and high-precision PID adjustment, disconnection protection and so on, to realize stable winding operation under various conditions.
Droop speed control Power equalization of many inverters on the same transmission chain can be realized. Proper parameters setting can realize the control performance of torque motor.

Automatic energy saving running According to the output current, the universal inverter can timely adjust the output voltage and slip compensation to ensure the motor has the highest efficient operation. According to the on-site condition, the inverter can set the depth of automatic energy saving operation. As a result, it is especially suitable for frequency micro-adjustment of ball mill and many other energy-saving fields.
Voltage stabilizing running Three ways for selection: dynamic voltage regulation, static voltage regulation, instable voltage regulation, to get the most stable running result
Typical functions Acc/Dec time setting 0.1S~6000min continuous setting, S curve and linear mode for choice.
Dec restart function The smooth restart and instantaneous-stop restart function of running motor can be achieved.
Counter, timer It has one built-in timer and one built-in counter to facilitate the system integration.
Operating function Upper and lower frequency setting, frequency hopping operation, reversal operation limitation, voltage stabilizing running, frequency increasing/decreasing control, etc.
