Product Description
The functional module of the inverter is extended based on the special working requirement for the E780/K molding machine. Some functions have been strengthened so it has a stronger overload capacity which can reach as high as 200%, higher stability and faster responding speed. The accelerate and decelerate time can reach a maximum of 0.1 second.
The energy saver uses isolated double-channel analog input system and can realize the ratio control. It features flexible control and strong anti-jamming capacity.
The energy saver can automatically adjust the rotation speed and oil supply quantity of the oil pump based on the different working states of the injection molding machine like ejecting glue, melting glue, etc., making the actual oil supply quantity of oil pump correspond with the actual load capacity of the injection molding machine. This can reduce the energy consumption to a minimum, avoid the overflow of energy and ensure the steady and accurate operation.
The energy saver makes the soft start for oil pump of the injection molding machine possible. It increases the power factor of the molding machine and adjusts the output power dynamically, saving energy.

18. The energy saver uses double LED display, enabling users to monitor and adjust the molding machine simultaneously. It has parameter copy functions by keyboard, making it convenient for users to copy the program among several inverters.
